Harp practices litigation with an emphasis on construction law, property law, professional liability and insurance law. Harp regularly deals with construction liens, trust claims, delay claims, contamination and environmental claims, liability claims against various professionals, discipline hearings, commercial and residential real estate disputes, and property damage.
The substantial portion of Harp’s experience has been in insurance defence. He started in the area of property loss and slip and fall. From 2010 to 2014, Harp practiced at a boutique litigation firm in Toronto which specialized in construction litigation and, in particular, professional liability for professional engineers. As such, Harp focuses on providing legal services to the engineering community as preferred legal counsel to the Ontario Society of Professional Engineers. Harp is a regular columnist with the Voice (Ontario Society of Professional Engineers) magazine.
Harp graduated from McMaster University with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce. He obtained his law degree from the University of Victoria, British Columbia.

Chris joined Corestone Law in 2018. Prior to joining Corestone Law, he worked for over five years at a boutique insurance litigation firm where he specialized in insurance litigation.
Chris has acted for both individuals and corporations in personal injury actions involving motor vehicle accidents, occupiers’ cases and complex product liability cases. He has also acted in complex commercial and insurance coverage disputes. He regularly appears at the Ontario Superior Court and he has acted in both jury and non-jury trials.
Chris has a broad civil litigation practice at Corestone Law that focuses on employment, commercial, insurance and tort law. He acts for individuals and corporations involved in a variety of disputes that require either recovery or defence. He will push matters to court but, if resolving the case outside of court is more practical and cost-effective, he will obtain the best possible settlement for his clients.
Chris obtained a B.A. and M.A. at the University of Western Ontario. He then went on to obtain his law degree at the University of Ottawa. He was called to the bar in 2010.
Maja Milosevic, Lawyer
Maja enjoys a broad commercial litigation practice, which includes construction liens, trust claims, delay claims, insurance defence, collections, real estate disputes, and property damage. Maja has appeared before the Small Claims Court, Superior Court of Justice, and the Ontario Court of Justice.
Prior to joining Corestone Law as an associate in 2016, Maja articled at a top litigation boutique in Toronto where she gained valuable experience in a variety of practice areas, including insurance defence, construction disputes, professional negligence, and property damage.
Maja holds a Bachelor of Business Management from the University of Western Ontario, graduating with Distinction and receiving the Gold Medal for highest standing in her program. She obtained her Juris Doctor from Queen’s University and was the recipient of the Course Prize in Trial Advocacy.
Maja is able to provide services in both English and Serbo-Croatian.
Ramon Andal, LL.B.
Ramon specializes in professional negligence, insurance defence and insurance coverage. Insurers retain Ramon in defence of claims involving directors and officers, professional liability, not-for-profit organizations, human rights, employment practices, securities, and general liability. In his professional negligence practice he defends insurance brokers, mortgage brokers, financial advisers, legal professionals, home inspectors, designers, and contractors. Ramon also regularly acts as coverage and monitoring counsel for policy holders and for Canadian, U.S., and U.K. insurers in complex commercial insurance cases.
Ramon opened his own boutique litigation firm in 2006 after 16 years as a Bay Street litigation lawyer. Ramon was a contributing editor of the leading text, Insurance Law in Canada, and the Canadian Encyclopedic Digest Insurance Title. He has been cited as an authority in insurance law by courts including the Supreme Court of Canada. He received the Canadian Bar Insurance Association Award and the London Life Insurance Company Prize for his legal writing. Ramon is a roster arbitrator with the Canadian Defence Lawyers.
In November 2014, the Governor General in Council appointed Ramon as part-time member of the Social Security Tribunal, Income Security Section – General Division.
