Shiksha is an associate practicing in the areas of commercial litigation and construction law. She represents contractors, subcontractors, and owners in a range of litigation matters involving claims for construction lien, breach of trust, breach of contract, unpaid invoices, delays, professional negligence, and deficiencies. She regularly appears before the Small Claims Court and Superior Court of Justice.
Shiksha joined Corestone Law in 2017. Prior to joining the firm, Shiksha was an associate at a full-service law firm in Mumbai, India, where she represented clients in real estate and commercial litigation matters. Shikshaobtained her B.L.S., LL.B. from the University of Mumbai and is licensed to practice law in Ontario and India.
